A highly experienced asset manager, with a track record of sourcing and managing real estate opportunities dating back 25 years, Angus maximises the value of select Boundary assets. He works alongside Becks in our asset management team, managing tenant, agent and contractor relationships to realise asset management strategies. The focus throughout is on optimising value for every stakeholder: occupier clients as well as investor ones.

With over 10 years at Knight Frank, plus experience in family offices, a private property company, a developer and a REIT, Angus is able to bring a multi-faceted perspective to each transaction.

A father to three daughters, Angus is Chairman of the RAC Squash Club – indeed squash is a long-standing passion, alongside skiing, golf and travel.

Charlie drives Boundary’s direction with co-founder Mike. Together, they ensure the firm focuses on exceeding both investor and tenant needs and has an unwavering commitment to active management. They share a belief that successful businesses are created by tight teams and great people at every level.

For Charlie, co-founding Boundary is the culmination of a successful, senior-level career in investment agency, asset management, acquisitions and development. He is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive fund-management expertise honed across a broad range of investment strategies and market cycles.

Before co-founding the firm, Charlie was a board member at Legal & General Investment Management (Real Assets) and a long-standing member of the LGIM Property investment committee. In between a busy family life, Charlie makes time for road biking, snowboarding and golf.

David provides balance and perspective to partner decision-making. He offers clear thinking and strategic oversight to the founders, engaging in all aspects of projects, including deal sourcing and capital raising.

With more than four decades’ worth of global and pan-European property expertise, David has a rare depth of property experience across multiple asset classes. He combines a background in strategic investment management with a deep understanding of the critical success factors in transactions and development.

Over the course of his career, David has transacted £3billion worth of assets. In this time, he has become a firm believer that individual and team success in real estate springs from enjoying the process as well as the outcome.

Most fulfilled when he is cold, wet and muddy, David has a wide range of predominantly outdoor interests, including climbing, scuba diving and motorcycling.

Mike shares a vision for Boundary’s growth with co-founder Charlie. Together, they are creating a client-focused firm that values, develops and challenges its people. Boundary is being built to bring lasting value and opportunity to investors, tenants and the team behind its creation.

Mike’s financially focused experience is a complementary skill set to Charlie’s. He approaches value creation from a different vantage point, drawing on  extensive, senior-level success at Deutsche Bank, Savills Plc and Fidelity International.

To every project, Mike brings a deep understanding of the analysis, acquisition, management and exit of real estate assets throughout the UK and Europe. A growing family, mountain-biking, snowboarding, surfing and a longstanding passion for rugby keep him busy away from work.

Accurate, timely accounting is central to Boundary, as it helps ensure that we meet both investor and tenant commitments. Nadia provides exactly that, making sure our finances run smoothly by raising invoices, making payments and reconciling services charges.

She brings extensive bookkeeping experience gained across property, retail and other service-led sectors, with a structured approach and a meticulous attention to detail. This means the partners and wider Boundary team can optimise their time with clients and prospects.  Reassured that they can rely on comprehensive financial support, the team is able to focus on doing what they do best.

Dance fitness, including Zumba, is Nadia’s out-of-work passion, together with the theatre and reading.

With over 25 years’ property sector experience, Becks manages and builds the value of different assets in our portfolio maximising their operating performance and sustainability. She formulates business plans, drives development, oversees rentals, and shapes building services. All of which builds the efficiency and environmental performance of our portfolio.

Becks plays a critical role in our asset management team, working with Angus to impact acquisitions and disposals and adds value across the office, industrial and retail sectors. A RICS member with a degree in Urban Estate Management, she brings a unique wealth of experience.

She relaxes, if that is the word, by wakeboarding in summer, skiing in winter and swimming and cycling all year round.

Seb has a broad impact at Boundary, ranging across property sourcing, disposals, asset management and investor reporting.

Working closely with our founding partners, he helps ensure that we add value at every point in the asset lifecycle. This involves building and managing effective relationships with investors, agents, contractors, and occupier clients.

Seb brings 5+ years occupier and investment expertise, which has included experience working at CBRE. He is a Chartered Surveyor and has completed an MSc Real Estate from the University of Reading.

Away from work, Seb is happiest playing tennis, swimming, skiing, or simply relaxing with friends.
