Boundary Real Estate Partners has let Unit 9 at Bluewater Industrial Estate, Plymouth, to DRAX Fitness UK Ltd on a new 10-year lease.
The 8,676 sq ft unit is being reconfigured into a self-contained warehouse, with DRAX set to fit it out with a ground-floor showroom and racking plus a first-floor mezzanine office.
Bluewater sits minutes from the A38 Devon Expressway, giving DRAX fast access to the South West's road, rail and port network.
