Boundary Real Estate Partners has acquired the 18,500 sq ft Hays House in Guildford town centre from Threadneedle for £7.875m.
The property is fully let to five tenants, including ISG, Neo Energy and Fireproof Studios. It has a WAULT of 5.7 years and recently set a rental tone of £36/sq ft.
